Mrs. Faye Hopson Hendley, 90, of Sharpsburg, died Thursday, August 12, 2021, at Wellstar West GA Hospital.

Born February 23, 1931, in Franklin, GA daughter of the late Ida Lou Hopson Emory. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Faye loved her family and church family. She was also preceded in death by her 1st husband, Lowell Hendley and 2nd husband James Turner; son, Roger Hendley; and brother, Bobby Emory.

Survivors include her daughters, Rita Robison (Bill) and Robin Hendley; 7 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; sisters, Shirley Jett (Donald) and Linda Selmer (Ronnie) and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 21, 2021, at Hillcrest Chapel with Pastor Bryan Calhoun and Pastor Carl Calhoun officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. until the service hour at the funeral home.
