Obituary

Mrs. Fannie Lee Horton, 74, of Newnan, died tragically, during a house fire, on Monday, June 17, 2024.

Born November 8, 1949, in East Point, she was a daughter of the late Norman Langley and the late Nina Reynolds Langley. Mrs. Horton was the loving wife of Ernest Ray Horton for 57 years. She loved spending time with family, loved all her grandkids and loved watching them grow. She was the best mom any kid could ask for.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Oscar and Kayla Bonner; grandchildren, Alenna, Hudson, and Walker; nephew, Oscar Bonner (Roxann), and Chris Bonner (Lisa); nieces, Nina Bryson (Bill), and Terri Kendrick (John).

The funeral service for Mr. & Mrs. Horton will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at Hillcrest Chapel with Pastor Bill Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, one hour prior to the service.
