Mrs. Estelle Lillian Cofield, 95, of Newnan, widow of the late Hollin T. Cofield, died Saturday, December 4, 2021, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital.

Born November 9, 1926, in LaGrange, she was the daughter of the late Charles W. Adams and the late Ethel Tollerson Adams. Mrs. Cofield was a member of Oaklawn Baptist Church. She was a God-fearing woman with a wonderful personality. Mrs. Cofield loved spending time with grandchildren and telling a good joke. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Randy Cofield, and a brother, Melson Adams.

Survivors include her son Mark Cofield; granddaughter, Dayna Pearson (Scott); great-grandchildren, Nathan Pearson, and Nicholas Pearson; great-great-grandchildren, Leah Pearson, and Lenx Pearson; and a sister-in-law, Rita Adams.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 9, 2021, at the graveside, in Shadowlawn Cemetery in LaGrange with Pastor David Arrington officiating.
