Mrs. Donna Kay Peace, 72, of Newnan, widow of the late Richard Alan Peace, died on Sunday, November 24, 2024, at Brookdale Senior Living.

Born August 19, 1952, she was a daughter of the late William Damascus Yeats and the late Mary Frances Parker Yeats. Mrs. Peace received her bachelor's degree from Georgia State College and worked as a registered nurse for many years. She enjoyed trips to the mountains and the beach and loved eating seafood. She also enjoyed sewing. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, William Phillip Yeats.

Survivors include her sons, Dana Peace and his wife Holly of Senoia, and Kristopher Peace of Grant Pass, OR; sister, Melissa Yeats of Peachtree City; sister-in-law, Mary Yeats of Macon; and grandchildren, Alexis Peace, and Chase Gancel.

Private Inurnment will take place at Marietta National Cemetery.
