Mrs. Donna Michelle Alicea, 46, of Newnan, died Sunday, July 17, 2022, at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta.

Born March 11, 1976, in Laramie, Wyoming, she was a daughter of Avelina Mabunga Hartle and the late Don Hartle. Donna was of the Baptist Faith and was a sweet, loving person with a big heart. She was welcoming and motherly to everyone she met, and was a loving wife, mother, and aunt. She was a funny person who enjoyed making others smile.

Survivors include her husband of 32 years, Steven Alicea; sons, Christopher Alicea, Tristen Alicea, Chase Alicea, and Kamron Alicea; mother, Avelina Hartle; sisters, Kari Boyle, Carla Rivera, Karen Rose, and Tammy Hartle; grandchildren, Lilly Alicea, and Braxton Alicea; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 30, 2022, at Hillcrest Chapel. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of service.
