Mrs. Debra June Hand, 67, of Franklin, died Monday, August 31, 2020 at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital.

Born June 5, 1953 in Chicago, Illinois, she was a daughter of the late Henry Raymond Todrowski and the late Marian Bernadette Kempka Todrowski.  Debra was of the Catholic Faith and served our Country as a veteran of the United States Navy.  She loved her family and was a very sweet, kindhearted, and loving person, always helping others.  She was an Angel in disguise and never gave up on anyone.

Survivors include her husband of 40 years, David Hand; daughters, Carin Jade Hand, Debra Allene Tanner (Jason Coleman), and Amanda Deane Hand (Allen Mitchell), all of Franklin; brother, Richard David Todrowski of Fairburn; sister, Christine Duggan of Jacksonville, FL; sister-in-law, Gypsy Troutner of Rotonda West, FL; and grandchildren, Jadon, Destiny, Jeremiah, Dixie, Logan, Aryanna, Matthew, Brehanna, and Annabelle.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at Hillcrest Chapel with Pastor T. J. Boyd officiating.  Interment will be private.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 12:00 noon until the hour of service.
