Mr. Danny Keith Thompson, 57, of Sharpsburg, died Friday, August 5, 2022.

Born December 30, 1964, in Newnan, he was a son of the late Howard George Thompson and the late Earnestine Lee Crawford Thompson. Danny was of the Christian Faith and worked for many years as a forklift operator. He loved wrestling and enjoyed supporting Atlanta sports teams, especially the Braves and the Hawks. He also loved driving his Mustang GT. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Diane Thompson.

Survivors include his sisters, Sandy Windom of LaGrange, and Renee Rogers of Atlanta; aunt & uncle, Tom and Carolyn Smith of Newnan; close family friends, Darrell and Renee Brook, and the entire Brook family; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
