Mr. Daniel J. Marsh, 70, of Franklin, died Saturday, December 12, 2020 at his residence.

Born March 11, 1950, in Atlanta, son of the late John David Marsh, Sr. and the late Dorothy Louise Parrott Marsh. Daniel was an outdoorsman and loved to hunt and fish. He was a simple man who enjoyed joking and laughing and would help anyone in need. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Aaron Lamar Marsh.

Survivors include his daughters, Allison Ryan (Jarrid); and Tanya Breeden (Clayton); sons, Daniel Wayne Marsh and Christopher Brandon Marsh; 5 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; sisters, Sandra Gail McDaniel, Debra Garrett and Eva Kay Moore; brothers, John David Marsh, Jr. and Tommy Keith Marsh and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Chapel with Pastor Donald Arnail officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens in Forest Park. Friends may visit the family on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour at the funeral home.
