Christopher Daniel Haynes, 33, of Palmetto, passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2025.

Christopher was born on March 5, 1991, in Newnan. He enjoyed traveling to the beach, playing the piano and his Nintendo Switch. He had a playful spirit and was known to be a trickster. He will be dearly missed by his family, who loved him unconditionally. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sherrie Lee Haynes; sister, Kayleigh Haynes; and grandparents, Ralph and Brenda Haynes.

Survivors include his father, Chris Haynes; aunts, Leslie Fender, Tracey Barnett (Scott), Kristi Haynes and Tammy Lee; and uncles, Timmy Lee and Jody Lee.

Due to the inclement weather the visitation and service have been rescheduled. Please read the following information for the new dates and times. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at Hillcrest Chapel with Jason Phillips officiating. Interment will follow in Sharpsburg Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Monday, January 13, 2025, at the funeral home.
