Mr. Cecil Lester Frazier, 95, of Sharpsburg, widower of the late Betty Jean Knopps Frazier, died Friday, March 28, 2025, at Grady Memorial Hospital.

Born May 9, 1929, in Pisgah, Alabama, he was the last of six children born to the late Furman and Minnie Frazier. Mr. Frazier was of the Baptist faith and was a proud United States Army veteran, attaining the rank of Sargent, and serving during the Korean War. Mr. Frazier retired as a supervisor from Delta Airlines and enjoyed farming. During his younger years he also enjoyed fishing and rabbit hunting.

Survivors include his sons, Alan Frazier (Sabrina) of Peachtree City, Aubrey D. Frazier, and Leslie L. Frazier, both of Sharpsburg; grandchildren, Amanda Hensel, Erica Foster, and Joey Frazier; great-grandchildren, Presley Hensel, Charlotte Hensel, Ellie Foster, and Olivia Foster; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at the graveside, in Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Pastor Terry Calhoun officiating.
