Ms. Candace Bobbi Melton, 58, of Newnan, died Tuesday, July 4, 2023, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital.

Born April 4, 1965, in Los Angeles, she was a daughter of the late James Edward Melton, Jr. and the late Annie Ruth Ferrell Melton. Candace was hardworking and supportive and was a good friend to many. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her daughters, Tabutha Irving (Steve) of Newnan and Arielle White (Ryan) of Hogansville; brothers, James Edward Melton, III (Vickie) of Lexington, SC and Tony Melton, also of Lexington; and grandchildren, James White, Brayden White, Noah White, and Adalynn White.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 9, 2023, at Hillcrest Chapel with Pastor Winston Skinner officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, one hour prior to the service.
