Brock Early Henderson, age 4, of Newnan, passed away, Saturday, August 20, 2022, at CHOA Scottish Rite Hospital.

Brock was born on July 24, 2018, in Fayetteville. Brock was an "all boy" type of kid, and student at Poplar Road Elementary School. He loved to get muddy, go fast, and climb anything and everything. He came into this world a fighter at just 25 weeks gestation. He also battled numerous brain conditions that kept him in and out of surgery during his four short years. In January 2022, he was diagnosed with Primary Central Nervous System Melanoma and fought the very rare cancer for 8 months with the courage and strength that astounded every person he met. Brock's legacy is an assurance of eternal salvation through Jesus Christ's grace. He is preceded in death by his twin brother, Andrew Turner Henderson; grandfather, Franklin Parker; and uncle, Joey Parker.

Brock is survived by his parents, Kelly Otis Henderson and Kellie Parker Henderson; big brother, William Henderson; grandparents, Larry and Susan Henderson; grandmother, Elaine Parker; Uncles and Aunts; Keith and Serena Parker, Mark and Amy Parker, David and Paula Parker, Daniel and Hillary Parker, Trina Williams and Lori and Whit Linnenkohl; and numerous beloved cousins.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 27, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at SouthCrest Church with Pastor Matt McFadden officiating. A reception will be held immediately following the service at the church, for those who wish to attend.
