Timothy "Brian" Jones, 46, of Alex City, Alabama, died on Sunday, December 1, 2024, at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, Alabama.

Born April 24, 1978, in Newnan, he was a son of Janice Elaine Pollard Griner and the late Marvin Timothy Jones. Brian was a loving son and brother who enjoyed listening to music and cutting grass. He also loved to cook and clean the house. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by grandparents, Marvin Eric Jones, Alice "Sue" Jones, and Betty Goodwin.

Survivors include his mother, Janice Griner; sisters, Angel Jones Camp and Ashley Jones; brothers, James Lafayette Jones, and Russell Timothy Jones; uncle and aunt, Eric and Sandra Jones; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will hold a private service.
