Brenda Lynn Pressley, of Newnan, Georgia, passed away peacefully on July 4, 2026, at the age of 72.

She enjoyed many of life’s simple pleasures and had a special love for her dogs, who brought her comfort, companionship, and happiness throughout the years. She had a flair for fashion and loved dressing up, wearing beautiful jewelry, and shopping for something special. She appreciated expressing her personality through her style and took pride in always looking her best. Throughout her life, she worked in a variety of occupations, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace new opportunities. Her diverse career reflected a strong work ethic and an independent spirit. She enjoyed a good conversation and never passed up an opportunity to browse her favorite stores. She appreciated life’s little luxuries and loved adding a touch of sparkle with her favorite jewelry. Those who knew her will remember her love of animals, her unique sense of style, and the moments they shared with her over the years.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother Posey and Mary Sue Smith and her brother Ricky Smith.

She is survived by her son Chris (Leslie) Mui, Brothers, Stanley (Angie) Smith, Dennis (Torra) Smith along with grandchildren Christina (Sean) Minicucci, Gage (Kate) Mui, Nathan (Brittany) Mui, Rachel Mui and Great Grandchildren Lexington and Raelynn Mui, along with extended family and friends who will cherish their memories of her. Though she is no longer with us, may she be remembered for the life she lived, the love she had for her faithful companions, and the lasting memories she leaves behind. 

A celebration of Brenda's life will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at Arnco Baptist Church.
