Brenda Kaye Lowe, 76, of Newnan, passed away on Friday, November 15, 2024 at Newnan Piedmont Hospital.

Born January 9, 1948, in Lawrenceburg, TN, to the late Bertis Hayes and the late Inez Braswell Hayes. Brenda worked in the childcare industry with local daycares for many years. She was a longtime member of the Miracle Tabernacle of Family Worship Center in Newnan. She enjoyed camping, traveling (especially to Tennessee), and spending time with her grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Barbara Sluder; and brother, Franklin Hayes.

Survivors include her husband of 39 years, Ricky Lowe; daughter, Tresia Higgins; sons, Daniel Higgins and Jeffrey Higgins; grandchildren, Kayla Ervin, Cody Norris, Elizabeth Norris, Matthew Sluder, Stephanie Sluder, Aiden Higgins, Kristian Higgins and Jessica Overhoiser; and sister, Faye Hayes.

Funeral services will be held on at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at Hillcrest Chapel with Pastor Alton Midgett officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home on Tuesday.
