Beulah Mae Avery King, 79, of Sharpsburg, passed away Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at Brightmoor Hospice in Griffin.

Born February 8, 1942, in Haskell, AR to the late Felton H. Avery & Jeanette G. Avery.  She enjoyed cooking for family, bus rodeos, and shopping/antiquing. She also loved camping, traveling, and admiring birds, flowers and nature. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Jimmy Dale King; and brothers, Junior Avery, Alvin Avery and Billy Avery.

Survivors include her daughter, Rebecca King; sons, Mark King and Tim King (Susan); sisters, Jeannie Fukuyama (Gary) and Janie Rivas (Victor); brother, Charles Avery; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 19, 2021, at Hillcrest Chapel. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until the service hour at the funeral home.
