Mrs. Betty Joyce Wilson West, 88, of Senoia, passed away Monday, May 30, 2022, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital.

Born October 18, 1933, in Newnan, to the late Willie E. Wilson and the late Clyde Roberts Wilson. Betty made her living as a waitress before retiring and was a member of Mills Chapel Baptist Church. She was loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great-great grandmother who will be dearly missed by her family. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Marion West; daughter, Carla Harrison Holtzclaw; and brother, Marshall Wilson.

Survivors include her daughter, Sherry Brown; grandchildren, Trina Hammett (Greg), Tonya Langley (Tony), Nikki Brown, Kelli Brown (Jason), Jose Rivera and Dawn Smith (Michael); great grandchildren, Shane Hammett, Kalie Brown, Kyle Turner (Laura), Devin Langley, Alexis Campbell, Landon Langley, Mason Langley, Damon Lohoff and Gabbi Lohoff; great-great grandchildren, RaeLynn Hammett, Maebry Hammett and Jax Turner; sister, Francis Bowie; and extended family.

The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Friday, June 3, 2022, at Hillcrest Chapel. Funeral services will be held at the graveside in Oak Hill Cemetery, immediately following the visitation hour.
