Mrs. Anna Marie Helt, 85, of Sharpsburg, died Monday, March 15, 2021 at her residence.

Born January 12, 1936 in Goshen, New York, she was a daughter of the late John McGuire and the late Elsie Mae Talmadge McGuire.  Mrs. Helt was of the Catholic Faith and was the mother of 12 children.  She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and loved flowers and hummingbirds.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Alfard Martin Helt, and a daughter, Elsie Mae Andujar.

Survivors include her husband, Paul F. Pray, Jr.; daughters, Colleen Stewart (John) of Dawsonville, Maureen Helt of Westbrookville, NY, Alice Carlock of Newnan, Joan Huslinger (Chris) of Stoney Point, NY, Darlene Walsh of Campbell Hall, NY, and Beverly Tulino of New Jersey; sons, Norman Helt of New Jersey, Dennis Helt of Newnan, John Helt (Jenny) of Pennsylvania, and Nick Helt (Frances) of Mechanicstown, NY; brother, Dennis McGuire of Middletown, NY; sister, Kate Dalloway of Newberg, NY; 29 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild on the way, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 19, 2021 in Hillcrest Chapel with Pastor Terry officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home, one hour prior to the service.
