Sandra Louise (Lawrence) Durden

Mrs. Sandra Louise Lawrence Durden, 69, of Lawrenceville, formerly of Newnan, died Monday, January 6, 2020 at Vanessa’s Personal Touch in Stone Mountain.

Born April 14, 1950 in Newnan, she was a daughter of the late Emory Lamar Lawrence and the late Sara Louise Shelton Lawrence.  Mrs. Durden was of the Baptist Faith and was retired from Atlanta Gas Light.  Sandra enjoyed cross stitch and collecting bird figurines, and she loved daisies.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Durden.

Survivors include her son, Casey Durden of Lawrenceville and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 12, 2020, at the graveside, in Oak Hill Cemetery with Mr. Steve Shelton officiating.
