Gisela (Boyarsky) Hamilton

Loving wife, mother, aunt, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law, and friend, Gisela Boyarsky Hamilton, 58, passed away Thursday, October 17, 2019, at her home in Newnan, GA.

Born May 15, 1961, in Bonn, Germany. Gisela was educated in Europe, attending schools in Germany and Spain. She worked for Publix Supermarkets for 15 years. In her leisure time, Gisela enjoyed reading and gardening. Her love and dedication for her daughter and her husband were always her top priority.  Gisela touched many lives with her kind-hearted personality and will be remembered as being one of the sweetest, most selfless, and most forgiving people you ever met.

She is survived by her husband, Troy Hamilton of Newnan, GA; daughter, Emilie Hamilton of Newnan, GA; Mother-in-Law, Linda Hamilton of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; sisters-in-law, Michelle Lara (Victor) of Senoia, GA and Heidi Hamilton of Hollywood, FL; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, October 25, 2019 at Hillcrest Chapel.  The family will receive friends on Friday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, classroom supply contributions of markers, Clorox wipes, paper plates/bowls, crayons, pencils, colored pencils, and spiral notebooks can be made in Gisela's memory to: East Coweta High School, Special Education Department, C/O Chris Luppens: 400 McCollum-Sharpsburg Road, Sharpsburg, GA 30277.
