Daniel Raymond Huckeba

Mr. Daniel Raymond Huckeba, 69, of Moreland, died Monday, December 9, 2019 at Pruitt Health in Franklin.

Born December 21, 1949 in Atlanta, he was a son of the late Frank Raymond Huckeba and the late Mary Carey Huckeba.  Danny was a longtime resident of Fairburn and a former member of Providence Baptist Church.  He was a member of Tri-County Baptist Church in Senoia and enjoyed fishing and yard work.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Rebecca Mitchell; and brothers, Jerry Carey and Raymond Huckeba.

Survivors include his sisters,  Christine Mitchell of Young Harris, and Donna Flowers of Blairsville; nephews, James Mitchell (Crystal), Craig Mitchell, and Jamie Mitchell, all of Moreland; niece, Sharon Norris (Bobby) of Blairsville; great-nieces, Sandy Hancock and Sarah Elam; 3 great-great-nieces and 2 great-great-nephews.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, December 13, 2019 at 12:00 noon in Hillcrest Chapel with Dr. Doug Anderson officiating.  Interment will be private.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home, one hour prior to the service.
